Q: What does the "basic" service include?
A: Mowing, edging, weed trimming and blowing off the driveway, patio, walkways, etc.
Q: Will I have to sign a contract?
A: Absolutely not! We never make our customers sign a contract. We are confident you will like our work. If we do our job right, we wont need a contract to keep you with us! (Does not apply to commercial properties)
Q: Contracts insure me that my lawn care service will be there a certain number of times a year. How can I be sure you will be reliable?
A: The lawn care business is very competitive. Quality and price are the two big deciding factors. Because we don't make our customers sign a contract we have to provide a quality service each time or take the chance on loosing that customer.
Q: What if I don't like your work?
A: Simply let us know. I will attempt to fix the problem or move on, whichever you prefer. That's the beauty of a non-contractual deal. If you don't like us, you are not stuck with us. God bless you and be with you.
Q: Will you use second rate equipment to service my yard?
A: No. In fact, you will find that we use the same landscape contractor equipment used by the more expensive companies. Cheaper equipment costs more to keep maintained and repair cost run up the overhead. Our equipment is new and properly maintained, which allows us to do a better job faster.
Q: How can you do the same (or better) quality job for so much less?
A: That's simple! We primarily concentrate on lawn maintenance. This allows us to channel all our resources into this area. We don't have excessive costs of operation that other companies have. We don't have to buy any specialized equipment, or pay several crews. You are not just one of our lesser important jobs, you are our main job, because that's all we do!
Q: This all sounds good, but what about my leaves in the fall?
Do you offer a service for this?
A: Absolutely! We do offer leaf removal services as well at surprisingly low rates.
Q: Will you bag my grass clippings / leaves? Will I have to pay a fortune for this service?
Yes and No.
A: Yes, bagging is available for smaller properties using our walk behind mower. Although we have purchased a mulching kit for our mowers, which re-fertilize your lawn with every cut and gives it that ballpark look.

Q: What about my shrubs and small bushes? Do you maintain them as well?
