This list includes some of the property care services and landscape maintenance that we provide. We can tailor a maintenance program to suit your needs. Whether it is annual or seasonal contract, monthly, weekly, bi-weekly or just a one-time cut ICDAT Lawn Care can handle the job.

Spring - Fertilizing lawn, crabgrass prevention, and pre-emerge weed
control. Requires a minimum of three applications.
Late Spring - Lawn preparation for root development & strength, and
weed & insect control.
Summer - Additional iron & nitrogen treatment and fertilizer for
green color and insect control.
Fall - Lawn fertilization, weed control, insecticide, aeration, and
over seeding.
Mowing - This includes string trimming, edging, blowing and
removal of clippings from all walkways, etc. and usually requires 38
visits per year.
Mulching - mowing until grass or leaves are fine enough to form a protective covering to help retard evaporation of moisture by moderating soil temperature, the freezing of roots, inhibit the growth of weeds.
Edging - manicuring/trenching the edges of the lawn and shaping the grass around other obstacles to define the border between lawn turf and another area, like a flower bed, tree, paving etc.
Trimming/Pruning Trees & Shrubs - This usually requires 3-4 trimmings per year.
Blowing - removal of clippings from all walkways, patios, driveways, etc.
Bagging -
Trimming/Pruning Trees & Shrubs - This usually requires 3-6 trimmings per year and involves total removal or cutting back the branches of woody plants, usually to give the lawn greater sun exposure and a award winning landscaped look.
Leaf Removal -
Aeration - Introduction of air to compacted soil by mechanically removing plugs of topsoil. Aeration is an important and helps oxygen, water, fertilizer, and organic matter to reach the root zone of your lawn which creates growth pockets for new roots, helps control thatch, improves soil structure. Annual or semiannual aeration is advised for all lawns on heavy clay soils, those with a thatch buildup and any lawn that needs to be "thickened up".
Flower Beds / Shrubbery -
Overseeding / Spraying - Spreading seed or chemical over area that has been prepared for new growth, or thickening up / maintaining grass.
Weeding/Insect Control - This includes plant beds, weeds in concrete, etc. We use hand-pulling and spraying, Round-Up, Ortho, etc.... Environmental conditions, proximity to woods, open fields, wildlife and pets (yours or your neighbor's) near your home all can play a role in and lead to an infestation of these pesky and potentially harmful pests. Regular treatment can help keep them invaders from migrating to inside living spaces. This is performed as needed.
Gutters - Blowing debris out of gutters.
Fungus - Removal through use of chemicals and/or pressure washing.
Pressure Washing - removing chemicals and deposits that discolor and can decay items on property like wall, brick work, vinyl siding, fences, roofs, patio funiture, etc.
